Impact films + social media for NGOs

Donors fund what they can see.

One shoot day a month becomes an impact film, twelve short cuts and a feed that never goes quiet. So funders see your work before you're in the room.

  • On time, or it's free
  • Consent-first filming
  • You own every frame

The problem

Great work. Invisible online.

Five ways good NGOs stay unseen by the people who fund them. If one of these is yours, the rest of this page is for you.

Before the grant, the search

Your funder just Googled you.

A quiet feed and an old PDF. That's the first impression, and it's made before you're in the room.

Grant reporting

Your best story is on page 37.

Funders skim reports. They watch film.

Stretched thin

Comms is one person. It's 9 p.m.

And they're also running a programme.

Consistency

Posted daily in March. Then silence.

To a donor, silence looks like inactivity.

The freelancer shuffle

Three freelancers. Still no film.

Three invoices, three timelines, one missing film.

The hidden cost

Doing it yourselves isn't free.

Every hour someone spends filming on a phone, editing at night or chasing a post is an hour your programmes don't get back.

How it works

One shoot day.
A month of content.

We plug in as your content team. You give us one day a month; we give you back a feed that runs itself.

  1. 01

    Week 0

    Plan

A planning call, your Content Gap Check, and a shot list built around the stories your funders need to see.

  2. 02

    Once a month

    Shoot

A crew of two spends a day with your team. Consent first, safeguarding always, nobody posed as a victim.

  3. 03

Every Mon · Wed · Fri

    Post & report

We edit, write, design and publish three times a week, then send a one-page Impact Snapshot for your board.

The Engine, every month

Plus three bonuses

A cooperative leader stands in her tailoring workshop, looking into the camera with quiet pride

    How we film

    Show their strength,
    not their suffering.

The people you serve are capable, proud and in charge of their own story. We film them that way.

    • Written consent, in their language
    • Safeguarding-first with children, under your policy
    • You approve every frame before it's published
    • You own the films and the raw footage

    Our guarantee

    If we're late, it's free.

    Pricing

    Three plans. No surprises.

Start with a pilot, or put your content on autopilot. Every plan is backed by the same guarantee.

    Single services

Already have part of it covered?
    Pick just what you need.

Some NGOs already have a videographer. Some already have a social media person. Take one piece of the Engine on its own.

Need two or more? The Engine bundles them with a monthly shoot day, for less than buying them separately.

We're a small NGO. Can we afford this?

That's what the Spark pilot and the single services are for: start with one film, a content plan or social media only, and see the effect before committing to anything bigger. Many funders also allow a communications or visibility line in the budget. We'll give you the wording and the costing to include it in your next proposal.

We already have a videographer. Or a social media person.

Then take only what's missing. Social Only runs your feed from footage you already have; Edit Desk turns your team's own filming into content. Or we plug into the Engine alongside your person: we supply the films and cuts, they keep the relationships.

Our donors don't like us spending money on video.

A fair concern. But funders decide who to back by who they can see, and communication is how programmes get renewed. We'll show you how to present it as what it is: part of fundraising and accountability, not a luxury.

We work with children or in sensitive contexts.

Then your safeguarding policy leads. We film children only under it, with guardian consent, and our Ethical Storytelling and Consent Kit gives you a checklist and templates to adapt. Nothing goes out without your approval.

    Where do you shoot?

We're based in Abuja and shoot across Nigeria. For work elsewhere in Africa or beyond, travel is quoted separately and agreed up front.

Who owns the footage and the films?

You do. Final films and raw footage are yours to use for your own communications, reports and fundraising.

    How fast can we start?

The first film is live 21 days after kickoff. We take a few new partners a month so each shoot gets our full attention.

    The Content Gap Check

Three taps. Your score, what's holding you back, and the plan that fits, on screen. Free, and no call needed.
